It works
"First thing I noticed is the nice little carabiner and the flashy gold/copper color. If you drop this in the leaf litter, you should be able to find it again. It makes a nice sound but it needs some air pressure. Some of the more fancy/engeneered 'hurricane' survival whistles are louder with less air pressure, but this one is still in the ballpark. At first i thought the 'stash area' would be a good idea, but it's tiny! No way a dollar bill could get in there; Maybe a couple of small pills. I think the only thing I could get in there is a bit of fire starter material; waxed cotton, etc. My vote: 3.5 out of 5"
