The Texsport Two-Man Trail Tent, with its classic A-frame design, looks old-school (think 1920s Boy Scouting), but make no mistake: this lightweight, easy-to-assemble tent is loaded with modern amenities like rugged, flame-retardant polyurethane-coated taffeta cover material, tub style rip-resistant polyethylene floor, and zippered mesh rear window with storm flap. Designed for the serious hiker with extremely limited pack space, the Texsport comfortably fits two people, yet packs away into its included storage back to a minuscule size - perfect for thru-hikers or day-hikers of the Appalachian Trail, Pacific Crest Trail and other exceptionally challenging routes that require lightweight baggage. With its woodland camo design, the Texsport is also perfect for hunters, wildlife watchers, and anyone else who prefers to stay hidden while camping.

Not Water Resistant

This tent is NOT waterproof at all! My first time using it and I sprayed an entire can of Wet Proof on it just to be on the safe side. It did NOT rain but we had a lot of dew, the dew was dripping into the tent like rain drops, my sleeping bag was soaked as if I had slept outside! The front storm flap has no zipper, just three lil shoe string ties. If yo are going to use this ten buy a larger tarp and place over it. Other than than that it's a nice ten, you can fit a twin air mattress in it, easy to set up /take down, easily fits in its bag, I would recommend replacing the cords with para cord, I used a night reflective cord...but buy a tarp to put over it!!

Good tent

ok so this is a pretty good little tent. the main reason I bought it was because it was cheap and light weight. it only weighs like 3 pounds so its great for a long backpacking trip. it will hold up against rain though. the only bad thing is that it has this little window for ventilation but the only way to open/close it is from the outside!!! so if you want to close it in the night you have to leave the tent!!! overall great tent. if you are looking for a light weight cheap and long lasting tent this is the perfect one.
