This box was ok I give it 6/10 only because me and my cousin got the exact same items and one big knife didn’t come with a sheath so I doubt I’ll ever use it

i think it was a great product and surprised at what i got. i think that the people who make these dont put in crappy stuff but instead put in lesser sold items and need to sell them to open up spaces for better selling stuff.

Wow, that was awesome! Got my mystery bag today, it had 4 nice knives, a poncho, and a belt buckle! Great value, and I have to say, that was fun opening the box! I'm going to order the $100 bag next time! Thanks BudK!

I've been known to take a chance or two so it seemed 26.99 for a $50 mystery bag was an easy bet. I figured what the heck, worst case will at least be 26.99 worth of crap that someone wants off the shelves. I was wrong. When I got it I was Impressed. Very stylish, multiple sizes, fixed and assisted open blades. sharpened Stainless steel blades, 1-3 knife set, 1 - 2 knife, couple singles and a small SHTF container

I received six knives and a leather bracelet. Three of them were a single Ridge Runner box set. There were also two assisted opening pocket knives, and a Bowie knife. Total value by item was just under $50 according to current prices. Decent knives, and a fair deal.

I have ordered more than a few surprise bags from Bud K over the years. This was the best. The value was over $55. That is only half the story. I recieved two knife sets, a strampunk inspired assisted folder, a fire starter and a two pack of goid quality bungie cords. The chosen items were things i definitely would have chisen for myself. I may order another right away.

I liked what was in my mystery bag only I cant eat the granola bar (due to allergies (need to leave the food stuff out)) but everything else was good. I really love the kissing crain knife. the only thing bad I have to say about it is the number of repeat items you get if you order two mystery bags at the same time or within a month or two of each other. I thank I will wait a few months before I order another one.

I just received the $25 mystery bag. I was not dissapointed. I also bought a push dagger, maybe that influenced what they chose to put in my bag, I dont know. I just ordered more from the $13 sale. A stun gun flashlight and a couple knives.

More surprised than I thought. Got the coon skinner, timberwolf, Surviver, Kissingcrane, and emergency fishing set, I also got the white-tail bow hunting guide, right before season opens! If you have not bought one get it now!

Haven't gotten one of these in a while, but thought it was time for another one. Was happy I did. Not going to give away the list of what I got this time, but well worth ordering. A mix of knives and outdoor/survival gear. Now I have to try to keep from ordering another one right away.

I got a Honshu combat knife valued at 39.99 a master USA pocket knife valued at 9.99 a Vietnam rememberance pocket watch valued at 9.99 and a kissing crane trapper from Christmas 2015 valued at 22.99 overall a great great deal!!!

I got two kissing crane knives, a throwing axe, a watch, and a random box of 24 knives!! They all added up to be around $130

Ok. Tried my luck. Ok knives. I really like the kissing crane. All knives together are valued at least 50 bucks. BUT... I also got a large black plastic bowl. What is that? A cereal bowl? Lol

I received a number of novelty knives: grenade, bullet, 'gun'. As well as some pretty nice pocket knives from Black Legion, HQ, and Kissing Crane. I also received a survival whistle with thermometer, compass, and firestarter (I assume it's a piece of flint glued to the side of it). Would definitely order again.

I was a little skeptical by reading some of the other reviews, but wow I am surprised and happy. Came with a great game butchering set with 4 knives, axe, sharpener, gloves and rope as well as two nice folding knives (Black Legion and official U.S. Army, a zombie paracord bracelet and a nice "Come Take It" patch with an AK on it (which is awesome as I am an AK guy and not into AR's). Got a ridge runner game cleaning set (which included 5 various types of knives, a hand axe, and a cleaning kit), an M-Tech assisted opening pocket knife that's pretty sweet, a mini grenade knife Keychain, an HQ issue (which I can't find on this website) pack that had two small fixed blades (pretty cool), a black legion stiletto pocket knife that's pretty big with green skulls on it and a bottle opener, a United Cutlery pack that had 2 bullets with knives in them, and (the least cool) a waterproof match container. Overall this was a great buy for me

I wasn't sure about this one, this having been the first surprise bag I have purchased. I got a couple of novelty knives (a miniature potato masher grenade and a .50 BMG cartridge) , an MTech folder, a skeletonized karambit, a paracord necklace, a Punisher-style skull knuckle duster, but mostly a nice Ridge Runner game cleaning kit...it contains several knives, a hatchet/cleaver, bone saw and sharpener, all in a nice nylon case. I would probably do this again somewhere down the road.

When I opened it up the first thing I seen was a Ridge Runner big old box which was a game cleaning kit awesome value on it is $70 then I also received a bunch of knives this is an awesome deal and with the discount it makes it even better deal I just bought another one of these A + I love Budk thank you

By far the best mystery or surprise bag yet. I have been let down a few times on different bags but this one is great. Of course you get a few items that you go ???. This one had some triple threat throwing knives, compact throwing ax, HQ issue heavy stainless steel knife with flint striker, M48 ops gloves, another black legion knife with bottle opener, a paracord necklace???, and a mini grenade knife keychain.

I read some of the reviews and thought it might be a good buy, the reviews were mixed. I am pretty happy with what I received. I didn't receive any doubles. Got 2 foldable pocket knives, a boot knife skinning knife combo with sheath, throwing knife with sheath, short fixed blade knife with sheath, 7 inch tanto blade wrapped in paracord with a sheath, a paracord bracelet and a 4 combo tool whistle/compass/thermometer/fire starter. im guessing it added up to around 55$ as ive viewed half of these items or items just like them in price. Definitely a cool idea to gift to someone that is difficult to shop for. And when there is an additional deal like the site offers like 20% off or free shipping, the deal is tough to beat. I would buy one again.

I have purchased many of these grab bags from the $13 one to the $50 with both little and a lot of good finds I love these things it's something fun to look forward to, knife collectors sure Its good for that, a gag gift perfect item, to just have a lot of stuff from budk this is it. I recommend these if you got an itch to buy something from budk but don't know what like to gamble shaman grab bag. If your curious on what you can get from these awesome bags but kinda leery I have a YouTube channel that specializes in surprise bag videos. my channels is master blader check it to get a idea of what you can get from these things. I purchased the $50 surprise bag just to see what i would get.And let me tell you there was well over $50 in it i got 5 povkrt knives all but 1 were good brands i got a self defense pen @ curved handled fixed blade bowie style knife and some little odds and ends i will definatly purchase again these would all be awsome stocking stuffers .

I had ordered this bag and the 25 dollar value, and although I got a lot of the same things they were all great! I got two bleach (Anime) styled letter openers which was great my nephews and I love bleach. I got cool fingernail sized tomahawk folders and a very nice kershaw hunting knife. I got so much more like arrowheads sharpeners and pins it was all great! I just ordered two more bags the 100 and another 25 dollar value. I'm excited. I recommend this item if you are not one who is afraid of surprises! I got what the item decreases a surprise love budk this is my ritual gift spot! The only downer is the wait time!

Got this for Christmas last year, was a little disappointed it did not have a fixed blade knife or a throwing knife, but what I got made it worth it. I got a special addition KISS money clip knife a smith and wesson assisted opening knife, two brass keychain sticks that open up into knives, a shotgun shell knife, a super bright flashlight, a bottle opener shaped like a hot chick =D, a kissing crane two blade pocket knife (freaking sharp),a support southern rock knife with a metal guitar pick (awesome since I play guitar), and finally a really really high quality kershaw folder that is just fantastic. YOU NEED TO BUY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My bag was all knives. I was hoping for some other stuff. That's why I did 4 and not 5 stars. You definitely get a TON for the cost. The value is outstanding. I just need to figure out what ti do with all these knives now... :)

i must say i got some really cool stuff and if my estimate is correct it was like $80 worth of items the reason i gave it only 4 stars is because 3 of the 7 stuff i wouldnt buy 1 ill keep the other 2 ill probably throw out soon a fox pistol belt cameo style which i didnt expect at all and a survival bracelet which i have no use for but the knives i got r very impressive id recomend this bag for anyone doubting to buy it

It was nice mostly pocket knives but really nice and got a nice pin of a horse.

I received the $50.00 surprise bag after waiting about 3-4 weeks and was a little disappointed. What I got does add up to almost $50.00 but I didn't get much. Received a good knife roll I can use and some nice pocket knives but I was kind of hoping to get a knife sharpener also. I couldn't figure out what the little cement balls were at first....REPLICA musket balls? Oh well, Maybe I'll have better luck on the next one, not a bad overall deal though. Thanks BudK!

i just got my first bag in today and to say i was kinda disappointed, i got 9 items 5 which are of no use, 2 pins a mustang and little knife, some rep bullets, a bag of some sort, a rock i think its a arrowhead or necklace piece not to sure, then i got 2 kissing crane knives one i like quite a bit mega sharp i cut myself with it actually, the other was the key lime pie limited edition the one shaped like a boot its super feminie so its not really my thing, then i got a ridge runner knife its cool with the green wavey design but it had some defects in the grip like it had been metled or something it was meh i like it thought, and last of a real piece tac knife the law enforcement one that you can get 12 of them for 20 bucks. i dont understand why i got one of them its so cheaply made the lock on it doesnt work cause the blades catch it way to long for it. after i priced checked everything it was around $54 in value. for the 26.99 i spent (got free shipping) it was worth it overall the kissing crane knives saved it from being a total let down. but hey i enjoy things like surprise bags. it gives me something to look forward to i will definetly be buying more of them cause hey money doesnt have any value if you dont spend it. i would recommend this to everyone who likes a laugh and a wow moment.

I got 5 things a Kershaw a pick knife, a knife that is in a metal tube that screws out and screws in the other way, a folder that I think is the free knife and a cool sharpener. Good buy and buying a lot more.

i have bought this two times and both times pleased with the results the knives are of superb quality but they get you with the $10 shipping fee so for the $36 i cant complain and i will buy this again

I bought this not knowing what to expect, and to be honest I was a little disappointed. I was expecting at least a sword but all I got were some knives, a knife cleaner, some lasers and flashlight, and this pink stick thing that I've no idea what it is except that it is made in Taiwan and it's a keychain. The product came in a regular plastic shopping bag that you can find anywhere. Would I buy this again? Probably not but for $27.00 I can't really complain.

So, the last review I wrote was for one of the $25 Surprise Bags. It was mediocre at best, with the only two good items being a trucker cap and gold-finish assisted opener. (Which, as it turns out, isn't exactly easy to open.) Mediocrity strikes twice, because this $50 one is less than thrilling as well. I'm not sure what happened somewhere along the way, but the quality of the surprise bags has gone downhill quickly. In this more expensive bag, two of the items were duplicates of what I got in the $25 one. Crazy! Anywho, listed below are the items; starting with the duplicates first. - A Kissing Crane Christmas trapper pocket knife...from 2015. Item KC5345, priced at $22.99 but obviously discontinued because of the year. I now have FOUR of these stupid things. KC makes some quality knives at good prices, and the holiday editions do look cool, but this is ridiculous. - A coon skinner caping knife and sheath. Item 17 BK1985, $4.98. Again, absolutely no use for this, so it's another giveaway to one of my friends who's into hunting. Now, the new items. - A pack of 20 camo face wipes. Item BK2985, $1.99. Not into camo makeup, paintball, etc., but they'll do in a pinch if I need to clean something. - A Kriegar Gentlemans Assisted Opener with a gold and black design. Item KG159, $14.99. Beautiful piece with some good weight to it. Certainly a keeper. - Lastly, and the best of the bunch, a United Cutlery Honshu karambit. Item UC3131, $39.99. Gotta love a nice karambit, and this one is beautiful. The only other one I own is the green and black M48 Apocalypse model (UC2951, currently $24.98 but I got it for $10 cheaper on a Steal of the Day), and it's nice to have another. All told, a value of $84.94 by BudK prices. Not bad considering it only costing $25, but the only items that "wowed" me were the Kriegar and the karambit. I think it'll be a while before I buy another Surprise Bag. C'mon, BudK. Get back to the days of awesome bags!

Got a bullet knife, grenade knife, tiny key chain knife, kissing crane Christmas knife Sells on eBay for 30$, and a timber rattler bowie knife sheath is garbage sells on budk for 20$. Just from the two items I priced out, I got my 50$ worth. all of the stuff is junk though. except for the kissing crane knife. So as described. the guy at the border was startled when he saw the bullet knife.

The last surprise bag was great with a good mix of stuff, this one was a let down with a lot o knifes I already had. The only stand out was a aircobra throwing ax which to me is useless other than for a gift. There were more black legion repeats and the same for the kissing crane

I really don't think the was worth $50. I got 6 items a survival bracelet, a five dollar pocket knife, another pocket knife, a fixed blade buck knife, a little keychain knife shaped like a gun only costs $2, and a get the edge lighter $8.99. I thought it would of been better. I rated it 3 stars because the one pocket knife and the buck knife were good.

It is pretty good i got some really good skinning knive but the rest of the stuff was almost useless but the flash light when a tornado came.

it was an ok purchase, $51 value of the items that i priced only got 7 items tho i'm not sure what happened there. the items included two kissing crane folding knives, a sword cloth, two pins that you would wear on your shirt, a flash light with ducks on it, and the best item that i received was a smith&wesson home land security knife that's foldable. pretty disappointed

I'm pretty bummed about my bag, I had read a ton of reviews and even the bad ones they had gotten at least one useful knife, one that i really liked and that could possibly be a new edc. I had only gotten two actual knives and they were both novelty type knives, then the other "knife," which is actually kind of cool, but not really a knife, ill explain in a second and the other stuff I have no clue what it would be used for. Here's an entire list of the contents of the bag starting with the non-knife items: the first item i pulled out was a cheap plastic face mask molded in the shape of a skull, the next item were brass knuckles with spikes at the top, kinda cool i guess but won't ever be using them, then the last non-bladed item is an emergency sewing kit, I'm not sure i'll ever be in an emergency situation where I'm like "shit man, I seriously need to sew this ASAP, oh phew glad i have this." Now for the knives: the first on i unboxed was a gold colored masters collection knife with good weight to it, this one would actually be a pretty cool knife if it weren't for the two plastic spiders on either side of the blade and the plastic skull glued to the handle or the spiderweb design engraved over the entire knife, then i unboxed a kissing crane christmas themed pocket knife in september? good quality knife, not very aesthetically pleasing, then the last bladed item i actually kind of like, its a krieger foldable razor, the white one with black design, the blade was not razor sharp on arrival but after some sharpening it could probably work to shave with, then of course there are two extremely small keychain sized knives. I'm not mad at budk, i love the company and have a few orders previously with them, and I know what i paid for, its a mystery bag with random shit in it, they clearly state that. I'm just kind of bummed that i happened to be one of the unlucky few that got a lame bag. I will probably try again one day.

This is the first surprise bag that I did not find anything useful. There was a skull airsoft mask, a m48 ops looks like a pistol holster of some type not on budk 's web site, a kriegar rainbow titanium knife and a kissing crane merry Christmas knife

I have been getting these grab bags off and on for over 12 years and they were so incredible. I have gotten some wonderful blades and sharpeners from the grab bags through the years, but the last three I have gotten in the last two years are just not worth it. This last one was four items and three of those items I wouldn't of taken if someone was giving it to me for free. I am no longer going to bother with them at all. I find it hard to believe that this last one was worth 50 dollars. The ones I used to get were well worth it.

I got this surprise bag in hopes of getting over $80 worth of products like all of the other reviewers. I got exactly $37.96 worth of product that was listed on the site. I got a mini night watchman a lock back kissing crane knife and a trapper kissing crane knife. That was all I found on the website (budk.com). I got 4 other items as well. 3 pins, a Tomahawk one, a Colt Knives one, and a cool looking Kit Rae style sagger one. I also got a flashlight with turkeys on it. It' really bright and i will probably take the paper sticker off and paint it cammo. The 2 kissing crane knives were sharp right out of the box, had to sharpen the night watchman. Very disappointed that i did not receive the whole $50 worth of items.
