A good rugged knife
"The Bushmaster Tactical Black Pocket Knife seems to be a good tool which can be deployed easily with one hand, has multiple functions, and is well built. It comes from off shore but, what doesn't these days."

"I had to loosen the hinge to get the "assisted open" to operate properly and lock. As with most "assisted opening" knives I feel that the belt clip is on the wrong end of the knife. You have to remove the knife from your belt or pocket, then turn the knife end over to get to the assisted opener which slows things greatly. The knife blade is very sharp, but the "belt cutter" blade is not. I'm not delighted!"
"I got this knife free. It is an okay knife. The assisted blade is slow and does not come fully out. When the blade does come out fully; it doesn't seem to lock very well. I have to give it a little flick of the wrist while opening to get the liner lock to engage all the way. Everything else on this knife seems to work okay. This would make a good throw in the toolbox, glovebox, beat around knife. Just make sure the blade lock engages properly before using."
"I bought this as an escape knife for the car. Initially the blade lock didn't engage, but a little bit of filing took off enough paint for the blade lock to engage, while a bit of bending of the frame lock with a pick made it engage solidly. My advice to anyone buying this is to try it out thoroughly before putting it in a bug-out bag, as some adjustment may be necessary. Otherwise, an excellent deal."
