Metal Glo Polishing Paste

I purchased a tube of Metal Glo, 6 years ago, when I ordered a Medieval Dagger, and highly polished, stainless steel scabbard. I polished the scabbard with Metal Glo, when the dagger first arrived, and it is still holding the same shine, and has the same glow, that it had 6 years ago!!! It has been exposed to heat, humidity, cold, and the air, all this time!!! I use Metal Glo, on old coins, silver, gold, chrome, brass, copper, and old stainless steel silverware, and it has worked well on everything!!! As someone else mentioned, I wish I would have had this polish, when I was in the ARMY, 40 years ago!!!!! I Highly recommend this polish to everyone!!!!! Great job BUDK, (oops) I mean CHKadels!!!!! (That was a close one). LOL. That reminds me, I need to buy alot more!!!!

I wish I knew about this stuff when I was in the service. As most who have served know that brasso is decent it takes a minute and some elbow grease to shine up the that regalia! If I would have had metal glo it would have no doubt performed much better. I recomend this product! RG

This polish works great. I had several old knives and this polished them up really nice. Now they look like new

In addition to cleaning and shinning, its supposed to leave a protective coat. If that's right, then that should eliminate the need for light oiling..

Metal Glo is the Best. I have a Scottish sword for my family clan.I use Metal Glo to clean it and it works great. I trust it completely. Try it. You'll See.

Recently purchased a used Kit Rae sword, when it arrived the blade was so tarnished some spots almost looked black. Purchased metal glo on the recommendation of Kit Rae web site, Because blade was so dirty I had to apply 3 times but after that blade was back to mirror finish! I was pleasantly surprised, My only warning is if you are a serious collector is buy more than one tube save yourself some time because your going to want all you blades to look this good. Excellent product, you will not be disappointed.

I bought a tube of this and it works great! However, I have only used it on brass, Schrade locking blade knives and for my brass frame cap and ball pistols. Shooting black powder dulls the brass frames quickly but Metal Glo, with little effort, shines the brass up like a mirror finish and the same with my brass frame lock back knives tarnished from their leather holsters. Just a little dab will do you and that's the truth-trust me, I don't lie except only to my wife about not buying any more knives.

Clean, shiny metal? Yup. Definitively does its job.

there isnt that much of a scent.....but anyway, really great cleaner. i never knew i had such huge quantites of grit on my sword and knives

Reall keeps shinnying things shinny, Worth the money and it smells kinda funny but thats how shinny thingies smell but worth the pay but not for the shippin

Well it made my swords and knifes shiney, but i swear I'm high from the fumes. Strong scent, will have to have fan on next time I use it.

What is there too say? It makes things shiney, it works.<br />If you need to make something more shiney then by this.<br />4/5 worked for me.

this product is really good...<br /><br />it really does take off surface rust, i have not tried it on deep-seated rust yet but i doubt it would work, anything with rust eaten into the core of the metal should be thrown away...<br /><br />the only problem i have with this product was that it was not filled... the tube will say a certain amount and it may look filled, but trust me, mine was not...<br /><br />i squeezed the first few drops out for another product i purchased and i can honestly say that about 1/2 an ounce was only air that was stored into the tube... i would consider that alot on account of the tube is 1.75 oz...<br /><br />i dont think its that big of a deal, but eventhough the problem i got with some of the paste was missing, anyone buying will love the effect it has on your metal weapons...<br /><br />make you weapon shiney shiney very very shiney shiney.... =D

This is just what I was looking for to shine up my katana. I recently bought an Amakuni Tachi Series Red Orient katana (which was also very good), and it wasn't polished as well as I hoped or wanted. So I bought this, and now it looks significantly better. The only thing I didn't like about it is when I took off the cap and punctured the metal foil seal, it started to ooze out on it's own (I suppose from air pressure). Other than that, it worked well, and you really don't need much. Just for my katana, it took only a little dab of paste on a cloth to cover the whole thing.<br /><br />Great product, True Swords, and thanks again. I give this a 4/5.
