It's everything I expected out of this bag, good quality

I've read all the other reviews. Sometimes you'll get the same stuff if you order several at the same time or they just put the usual stuff in them. If you don't want duplicates or afraid of getting duplicates just order the bag itself and items that you want in the bag separately. When you order a "grab bag" you get what you get. It's the choice of budk. So you can't gripe when you knew you were ordering a mystery bag with possible duplicates or things you don't want or need. Golly people... Also, if you know how to sew then take your bag and empty it. Take nylon thread and reenforce all strap seams. Why? Because all bags rip at the seams when overloaded. Don't overload with junk you don't really need unless your just leaving in the seat of your vehicle. When carrying any bag, never overload because it will tear at the seams and you'll become tired of lugging all that junk around in your back. This bag is good. Any bag is good to have to put gear in. So all in all this bag is worth the money when it's full of stuff. Give the stuff away you don't like or want or need. Remember though 3 is 2 and 2 is 1 and 1 is none. Always have spare and backup gear. Always. Somebody else may need something and you can give or trade. Keep what you get and put it up. Make another Bob with it. Put one in all vehicles or hiding spots. May The lord Jesus bless you in all your travels.

Lots a useful items, the backpack is self is worth the price!

I was a little afraid to order this, but I am very happy with the goodies it came with. I bought this as a gift butI am tempted to keep some for myself!

The items in the bag are useful for both survival and camping. Out of all I use the bag most iv had straps pop their stitching at the stress points repaired it with 550 cord guts

Way more than I expected. Out of entire bag, 3 items I won't use but know someone who will. Will definitely be ordering 1 for my son and each of my son-in-laws. And again another for myself.

The bag itself is nice, plenty of molle spots. The contents ranged from questionable to useful. Come with a small camp stove (been wanting one), came with a few BOGO items, including a battle born pocket knife, gear tape, and emergency fishing pod. Some items seemed redundant, like the whistle/flashlight/compass in one, when it also comes with a cheap compass, and 3 pack whistle. Also came with a 5 pack hanging glow sticks, a solar lighter (another thing I've been wanting), a masked hood (bought one from Wish, but lost it so getting another without waiting 2 months is nice), sparkwheel, a bigger pocket knife, a machete style knife, extra molle pouch, and a booby trap manual. Overall, was hoping for better stuff but to each their own.

My grandparents got me this bag for christmas on my request, and let me say it was well worth it! Only disappointment was mine didn't come with a knife, but it did have a $50 axe. After checking the price on each item. I found out that what came with the bag was worth more than the price they say! It came with a M48 axe, folding camping stove, 9 piece mess kit, bug out lighter, glow stick, saw, and a lot more. I plan on getting one of each of the smaller bags as well! If you are thinking about this bag get It. It is well worth the money!

Some of the content was on the cheaper side, rubberband flashlights, a $10 knife, etc. But some of the gear was really nice, like the backseat gun rack I've been eyeing. I suppose that's just the chance you take when buying a mystery item. With that being said the bag alone is worth the price I paid. I've bought other tactical bags from other tactical websites and paid close to what I did for this bag....but the other bags didn't come with gear or 3 separate molle pouches attached! All in all, I'm very happy and I do recommend!

Got for my husband for Christmas he loves it full of stuff very cool

I bought 2 of these for christmas gifts 1 for my son 1 for my daughter. They were as impressed as i was, quality pack and gear . Will be buying 2 more for my wife and my self. PS probably the large ones

I ordered one of these for my son who is 16 and I thought he could use a good starter kit. I was very impressed with the content and the quality of the bag itself. Couldn't be more satisfied

Yeah, I couldn’t ask for a better deal than what’s all in this package! Didn’t understand the second book bag when I’m thinking I could fit everything in a the main bag.......but no complaints ..... gonna buy a few more , maybe even one of each plus the xxl again for the family...... I never do reviews .......but this blew my mind

The bag itself,IMO, is great. I really didnt need the bag. Just bought a complete ILBE gen 2 set. But i decieded to take a chance on this. I had actually looked at most of the items that came in my bag, with the main exception being the knives that came with it. Assisted open pocket knife, a nice tactical knife with an durable sheath and killer camping tool. Cant have too many of either, IMO,. Thinking of getting the next size down for gifts for ppl that have stuff, but not a good bag. Gonna try one of the crates too...

This is the third one of these that I have ordered, and while the bag is kinda made for a kid, this one had some awesome stuff in it! A few of the little items I already had, but it doesn't hurt to have more. Also there were some things that were really cool and handy. On this bag I came out way ahead of the others! I would recommend this to a friend.

I have ordered two of these, the first one had really crappy stuff in it and it was black. The second was a woodland color bag, really cool to start, then I got going through it and it had several nice items in it. I would recommend it to a friend.

I can't say a whole lot but I bought the XXL bag and paid extra for expedited shipping. The pack finally arrived and it was folded up in a small box. I don't see the value in what it came with which was very little and by that I mean everything it came with can fit in the small detachable molle bag. I probably won't buy anything that's a "mystery" anywhere now. But the pack is decent quality, maybe just buy that and go to a sporting goods store and buy supplies. I bought a hibben sword cane and that is great value and surprisingly excellent quality and I actually rely on its use as a medical device. I have many of they're blades and absolutely love them.

Bought two bags, one for each of my kids. The bags seem good, both had identical contents, which works. Seems like some lame stuff got thrown in to get the $ value up. Each had a security sign in the bag, and a mask. What are they gonna do, bug out, set up a shelter in the woods and promply display a home security sign to ward off scavengers? And the masks, really? They forgot to add the social distancing sign... Did have some ok stuff in it though, knives, camping stuff. Little lame over all. Maybe it's just the luck of the draw and some are really kick - butt. Just wasn't these two.

I went on and purchased this mystery bag since no one had commented on it yet. Figured I'll be the guinea pig. Honestly, I expected slightly better item's. Bag has a bunch of trail blazer items...not the worst by far, all usable, but I expected a little better (not sure what, but I was let down) the bag is very nice, especially with the detachable side and front pieces. I can use the front to build my first aid kit. The one thing I hoped for was a chainsaw type hand saw, but no dice. All said and done, I took a gamble that I would not take again. Live and learn! Budk sells a first aid kit in the same small bag, but I'm afraid to make that purchase on a first aid kit. I'll just buy individual items

Honestly the bag is the best thing in this. I was definitely excited and expecting more out of this. Cool camping pillow tho.

Very disappointed in this one. I bought the small and medium mystery bags over the last 2 years. The bag itself is ok, but the problem is half of what was sent to .e in this bag is the same stuff I received in the other bags. Now I have 2 and 3 of the same items, you would think for what your paying for this someone would keep a check on what is being sent out. Don't get me wrong, I love Bud K but I wasn't to excited about this one when I started pulling the stuff out. It would be great if I could exchange some of it for something else.
