Good guality, and of course everyone has mentioned the clip placement. However for me the assisted opening is a little weak, doesn't fully extend the blade to lock position. I have to manually pop it into place.
Blade is as advertised, it's mirror polished but even though it has a good symmetrical edge it was just sharp enough to shave hair, it only took about five strokes across my ceramic rod sharpener to get it razor sharp. As everyone else said, like the point up clip positioning so all you have to do is pull it from your pocket and hit the blade flipper with your fore finger and the blade's out. That brings me to the blade flipper, it's sort of pointy so if you like to keep popping it out repeatedly your finger is going to get sore. The lock snaps firmly into place and can be a little difficult to push over to close the blade due to the finger notch at the pivot end. It would get a solid five star if it wasn't for those two things but then again those things will probably loosen up with use. Overall, really a great deal for the price.
I echo what the other reviewers are saying about the pocket clip being in the best tactical position. If I owned a cutlery company all the pocket clips would be fabricated in the point up position, when in the pocket. I have passed over many a pocket knife simply because of that reason. I could've had the blade already deployed while the assailant is still picking ai his nose buggers!...
....That said, these knives really give you the most value for the price & I haven't even gotten mine yet.

Finally a knife with the clip on the correct end! When drawn from the belt or pocket it is a smooth one finger movement to extend the blade ! Saving valuable time and avoiding the possibility of dropping the knife when you need it the most . With a great look and price you can not go wrong. Truth be told!
