"First off, the price is very good ! Other similar sets from different companies sell for more, and contain less items. Handy all in one pouch makes it easy to pack or place into your emergency medical supply bag. This is an item that you hope to never have to really use . But, without it, in the case of serious medical emergency, your really going to be in a pinch. The set contains the essential items needed to do everything from remove a splinter to basic field surgical procedures. Of course,if your serious you will supplement the kit and having several of them isn't a bad idea. Having personal experience in dealing with serious injuries on myself as well as others, I would recommend this item , do not overlook the fact that injuries happen. You may also find the text "Emergency War Surgery" Department of the Army, quite helpful as well, It is a more advanced text rather than simple first aid. Get serious, a first aid or medical kit is a lot more than just band aids and some gauze pads ! I would much rather carry this item and not have to use it, than to not carry it and wish I had it should the need arise !"
