Surprisingly Good Despite Other Reviews

Not only was this my first purchase from Budk but this was also my first butterfly knife. I had read other reviews on this knife "Bear OPS Bear-Song IV" and the majority of them were negative, but they had all been posted when the knife had first came out. many of the same issues were addressed in those reviews, most of them being Quality Control issues with the knife. Too much play in the handles, badly cut out holes in the handles, the feeling of cheap handles, bad screws, etc. I am happy to inform that the same knife that got these terrible reviews upon release has been improved since then. When I received it I could find nothing as such that those negative reviews had stated. It feels great, although heavy will flip well if you work with it for a while. The only issue I could find after a few hours of flipping and use is you can't latch it closed when its blade is out, not really that big of a deal. All around a great knife and worth the money if you are interested. Don't let those negatives reviews change your opinion, most were done on first run models of the knife, Bear has stepped up the quality of their products since then and that makes this a must have for butterfly enthusiasts.
