i just got the baton and it looks and works great. I cant carry it around until i find out more of IL's laws. If you live in a bad part of a city this would be good to have. Editor's Note: Thank you for your comments. We have updated the review to reflect the appropriate spelling.

This is a great baton!!! it has a very strong and firm feel about it. can do serious damage to whatever you strike with it. only downside i see with it, which is why i didn't give it 5 stars, was the fact that sometimes if you snap it open to fast or to hard, it can be a little tricky getting it to colapes back down. striking it on a hard floor usually will work though.

I got this item today and it is a lot nicer than I was expecting! The baton has a tight lock and a very firm feel. The handle is completelt covered in rubber and the diamond plate design makes gripping very easy. You just can't beat the quality of this baton and case for the price. Great Deal!!!
