The Sagan Life AquaDrum Water Purification System provides three fast, easy ways to get clean, purified drinking water out of your 55-gallon drum or any size drum, regardless of how long the water has been in there. The Journey Filter removes 99.9999% of all bacteria like salmonella, cholera, and E. coli; 99.99% of virus; and 99.99% of all protozoa like giardia and cryptosporidium. The result is pure, clean, fresh tasting water and it also purifies the most turbid tap water, removing lead, fluoride and other dangerous toxins from your water supply. The AquaDrum easily pumps water, through the filter, from any size water barrel (not included) with a 2” opening or bigger using the hand pump or the rechargeable power pump. The hand pump also siphons water from the barrel, offering a third option to pump clean pure water from your 55 gallon drum. The Power Pump flows continuously and will pump approximately 40 ozs of water per minute, which is about five cups of water. When the Power Pump slows down, you’ll know it’s time for a recharge using the included USB cable. The Journey Filter purifies 250 gallons of water, and the purification system has been independently tested by NELEC - EPA Certified Water Laboratories. As a result, they exceed EPA water filter standards.
